While building our home we had to work with several contractors that were just not quite up to par, so It was quite refreshing to work with these guys while nearing the finish line.
If you hire Marlin Pacific for your next project, you are going to get a contractor that is professional, friendly, thoughtful, and communicative. The end result is going to be well thought out and flawlessly executed.
We had a basic idea of what We wanted and Andrei was able to help us visualize and adapt a plan that really made sense. We decided to go with a broom finish field of concrete with diamond pattern saw it joints, and added a Roman slate stamped border with integral color, we get an incredible amount of compliments on it.
From the pre-construction phase, all the way through final cleanup, they never had to reschedule or postpone anything during our project. I work in the industry and communicate with subcontractors daily, I can tell you these guys are really “top notch!”
We love how the new patio, pad, and walkway look and are excited to start using them. You provided fair and reasonable estimate. We really appreciated your efforts, attention to detail, workmanship, positive attitude, and caring personality. You put our worries at ease by continually communicating with us throughout the project and delivering as promised, on time and at a busy time when we needed it most. The change in grading you recommended to make the sidewalks and patio/pad lay on the same plane without a step was perfect and is what this project needed. Taking you only 2 weeks from coming out to our home to see the job, providing an estimate, grading, framing, pouring, and completing an extensive cleanup and removal of any leftover materials was unbelievable! It is obvious to us that you take a great amount of pride in doing your best job and that also carried over to your crew. Awesome is the word my wife uses for the finished job and I couldn’t agree more. Thank you again.
